01 Display
This page is the source of truth for the portfolio. Every example below is used on the live site; new patterns belong here only after they earn a real use case.
02 Principles
Visible structure, strong rules and direct copy. Every rough edge must still be deliberate.
Scale and whitespace explain importance before decoration does.
Extract a component after repetition appears. Do not build variants for imaginary pages.
Native HTML, CSS and prerendered Nuxt pages. JavaScript only where the platform cannot do the job.
03 Color
Near-black and warm paper carry the interface. Orange marks primary structure and action. Blue is a rare technical signal, never a second primary accent.

Roboto carries display and reading text. IBM Plex Mono carries navigation, metadata, statuses, labels and compact actions. All text stays at least 16 px, including mobile labels and metadata.

Body — This page is the source of truth for the portfolio. Every example below is used on the live site; new patterns belong here only after they earn a real use case.
Sentence case. Preserve names, acronyms and punctuation.
Uppercase through CSS for labels, navigation, actions and statuses. Source copy stays readable.
All caps is allowed inside charts, proof graphics and brand-like compositions.
05 Grid + spacing
Four desktop columns and two mobile columns guide the entire site. Draw vertical rules only at actual cell boundaries, never through spanning text or content blocks on any page. The footer merges these into two cells with one central desktop divider; stacked mobile cells use a horizontal divider. Examples sit flush against their parent cells: use shared dividers, not inset boxes with duplicate borders. Keep the outer border and merge cells for hero copy, headings, descriptions and cards. The scale below reads directly from the site’s spacing tokens; borders stay one pixel.

The header above and the full-size patterns below are the production components, with real bilingual site content. Navigation, portrait hero, proof strip and project visuals are not separate showcase copies. The same section headings, rows, cards, badges, article patterns, project sections and legal text render their live pages.
Software products, companies, games and trading systems. I follow curiosity until something useful exists.

Different problems. Same method: understand the expensive bit, build the smallest useful answer, then keep improving it.

05 How I work
Start with a concrete operational problem and the person who owns its consequence.
Check that the pain is real and measurable before becoming attached to a solution.
Make the cheapest useful thing that can answer the important question.
Measure what happened. Improve, stop or discard it. AI assists; people direct, review and approve.

One self-hostable gateway can reduce credential exposure and tool noise without hiding useful capabilities.
Juraguard consolidates remote MCP servers behind one endpoint, keeps credentials server-side and exposes compact search and call tools.

From question to running product
01 / Why it exists
Software gets expensive when responsibility is split across people who only see one piece. Pyango keeps product thinking, design, engineering, deployment and maintenance in one small team.
That means we can challenge a weak assumption before it becomes a polished feature nobody needs, then stay around for the unglamorous work after launch.

MailMate is the Mac email app I use. Its keyboard-first workflow and control over mail make it my pick for the best Mac mail app. That is a personal preference, not a benchmark. You can find the app at freron.com.
My mail is hosted separately from Google Calendar. MailMate receives Outlook meeting invitations, but Google never gets my mail. I wanted the invitation on my calendar without forwarding my inbox to Google.
