My answer to expensive software frustration: one small international team that can understand the problem, build the product and keep it running.

From question to running product
01 / Why it exists
One team for the whole product.
Software gets expensive when responsibility is split across people who only see one piece. Pyango keeps product thinking, design, engineering, deployment and maintenance in one small team.
That means we can challenge a weak assumption before it becomes a polished feature nobody needs, then stay around for the unglamorous work after launch.
02 / How we work
Understand. Design. Build. Operate.
We begin with the costly question, not a list of screens. Once the problem is clear, design makes the idea concrete and catches mistakes while they are still cheap.
The same team then ships the frontend, backend, infrastructure and delivery pipeline. Monitoring, security updates and the next useful iteration remain part of the product.
03 / What changed
AI became part of the workflow, not the pitch.
Agents now help us research, implement, test and operate software. They do not replace product judgement or ownership. The useful part is shorter feedback loops and more working software from a small team.
